INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
Intellectual Property (IP) is a right granted by a government to protect an individual’s intangible property arising from creative activities. IP protects the property in intellectual creations, particularly inventions, literary and artistic works, and symbols, names, images, and designs. An owner of an IP is given the right to use, sell, and exploit their own IP.
